What is a Sotel Community?
SOTEL's key concept is Community. It has a 14,000 square-foot indoor Atrium "Town Square" and garden, over 101 services, comforts and amenities, and customizable 3- to 5-room apartments. But best thing about a SOTEL Community is the incredible neighborhood we're building.

How did the idea of the Sotel Community come about?
We have been developing the foundation of the Sotel Community for well over a decade. The seed of our design sprouted from popular sustainable, independent senior living models popular in Northern Europe. This model is supported by a well-organized infrastructure of service and care, giving seniors the tools they need to help them to help themselves.
Now, you experience it here! The SOTEL Community at Fairview is the first SOTEL in the United States.

What will a Sotel Community look like?
SOTEL Communities look like no other senior living complex. They're better. A large indoor atrium "Town Square", full of vivid live plants, trees and flowers bring you close to the beauty and serenity of nature, but in a climate-controlled garden setting.
Neighborhoods of small groups of apartments form small communities within the community. Amenities and services surround the Town Square, all in an open, airy design, making it easy for all to enjoy. A restaurant, a coffee shop, a library, a retail shop, a beauty parlor and a health spa with therapy pool and hot tub all create a lively and vibrant atmosphere right in the center of the community.
What will the apartment homes be like?
Customizable apartment homes are spacious and open, with plenty of storage and lots of light. All have incredibly flexible kitchens with adjustable counter tops for comfortable heights, large bathrooms to move around in and a bedroom or two. It's your choice of how to modify your apartment to create the living space you want. All units come with an outdoor balcony, and also have a space near the bedroom that can be used for storage or even an office or hobby room.

Over 101 services, comforts and amenities are available at the SOTEL Community at Fairview. Name it and we have it, from a pool to a car-wash area, from restaurant dining to cafe, from a working garden to retail shopping, we have it. And the best part is, 66% of all amenities and services are included in your monthly service fee, while the rest are available a la carte to save you money and find the best solutions for your needs.
Where is the SOTEL Community at Fairview located?
SOTEL Community at Fairview is located in Hanover Township, just north of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania at the intersection of Routes 22 and 512. It is ideally situated in the heart of the Lehigh Valley, for convenient, easy access to many world class medical facilities.
SOTEL is also convenient to shopping, banking, theater, museums, places of worship, and other community services. It is next to Wegmans and the Holiday Inn (soon to be Best Western).
